Poem: Autumn

Autumn
Orange, red and yellow,
As if the artist had painted a sunset
As far as the eyes could see,
Just leaves dancing away in glee
In awe a viewer stared,
At the beauty, these moments held
For an adventure awaits
For those leaves she felt

The little leaf in sorrow,
Bid its final goodbye
They say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree
But it begged and begged
Yet no one heard its plea
Little did it know,
It embodied the whole tree
Once again it shall reunite
With its eternal family
