Get the Look - Winter Season Make-Up Look
“Winter is here” - Don’t miss out on this Smokey look to bring up the heat this season.
Rather than going with the classic gold eyeshadow and bold red lips, don’t forget this season comes with many fabulous colours to play with! I like to smoke up some heat in the cold so I went for this sexy look, to slay winter in style.
Firstly, I would like to start off with skincare. Weather changes can cause irritation to skin so it is always important to keep your skin healthy.
To create this eyeshadow, I smoked out a matte blue shade around the eye and for the contrast, I added a shimmering champagne gold eyeshadow in the middle of the eyelid. Paired it with a black wing, mascara and for the final p, white eyeliner on my bottom water line. Fill in your brows and your eye makeup is done!
For your face, apply a primer to create a smooth base and then, concealer to cover up pimples and dark circles, if you have any. Once my base is ready, I put my foundation and set it with translucent powder. This helps my makeup stay intact all day without getting patchy or cakey.
Now is time to shape up my face and bring out my features! I like to warm up and contour my face with some bronzer, to create depth and definition. I love myself some peachy pink blusher for the romantic blush effect. My favourite part of makeup is the highlighter! It just makes your face look flawless and your makeup gorgeous! For this winter look go full glam on your gold highlight.
Finally to seal the deal, pair the smokey eyes and romantic face with a nude corley matte pink liquid lip and you’re got yourself a sexy look to heat this winter up.
This look is great for the evening, if you have date, a party or just going chill with your friends. It is sure to make a statement at any event, heads turn and even steal some hearts on the way.
