Have you ever seen those very artsy-looking girls, slowly strolling down the hallways in art galleries admiring every bit of what’s surrounding them, with sketch books in their hands and dreamy expressions on their faces? Ever liked their looks? Well, I have combined a typical-gallery-girl outfit for you guys. Enjoy and get inspired!

Let’s start with essential attributes of an artsy girl. She can forget to do her hair or she can go
out without makeup, but she never leaves the house without her trusty sketchbook and a favourite set of pencils. Sometimes an inspirational/guide book, like this “Let’s Make Some Great Art” by Marion Deuchars can be found in her old and beaten up Fjallraven Kanken backpack, which color is usually neutral (easy to pair with practically anything, right?). Of course the accessories can’t be ignored, but an artsy chic usually forgets about them, so the only accessory is her phone case. Oh but how many options there are! Artsy girls usually stick with reproductions of their favourite paintings, this case with a part of “The Starry Night” by van Gogh on it looks very pretty, doesn’t it?
The go-to outfit of an artsy chic is simple: a pair of comfy ripped jeans like these from TopShop, a big cozy sweater (colorblock is in right now, this Shein piece is a great example) and a pair of good old trainers, preferably bold colored ones (like these burnt orange Vans Old Skool. As for nails, artsy girls usually either keep it natural or go for one color, like this stunning shade of emerald green from Essie.
Makeup and hair are extremely effortless for this look, these girls don’t have time for all of this, so instead of doing eye makeup, they just throw on a pair of glasses, keep their perfectly messy bun, maybe add some braids to it if they’re feeling fancy, and off they go to explore new galleries and the latest exhibitions! That is all, guys.
Don’t ever forget to have fun!
