When one thinks of tulips, they will often relate it to Netherlands. Do you know that despite originating from the Dutch, countries such as Iran and Turkey use tulips as their national flower? To celebrate its 80 years of partnership with Singapore, the KLM Royal Dutch Airlines partnered up with Gardens by the Bay to give us one of the most common sight during Spring which is the myriad of flowers. This year, the theme of 'Tulipmania' takes inspiration from Vincent Van Gogh, the same talented soul that gave us his astounding masterpiece, 'Starry Starry Night.' Witness the flowers brought in directly from Holland and be mesmerized by its contrast of colours and fragrance. Tickets are available online at the official Gardens by the Bay website and senior citizens get to enjoy 50% discount from April 1 until May 7, 2018!
