Let us start with gearing up a night before. It is not a new thing but it works. Also, you can indulge in some extra five minutes sleep the next morning without feeling guilty! How about starting with small things like picking out your outfit for the morning a night before or preparing for your assignment or a meeting so that your Monday mornings stay hassle free?

Do you know empty stomach can make you peppery? Yes, many studies have proved a connection between a good fulfilling breakfast and our moods. So, make sure you have a healthy and hearty breakfast not just on weekends but also on the weekdays even if you are in hurry. Remember to, "Expect problems and eat them for breakfast" - Alfred A. Try music or meditation or may be a simple workout. Playing your favourite song while getting ready or just taking slow and deep breaths as soon as you wake up can actually help. Maybe you can whirl and twirl a bit too with the beats (a personal suggestion 😉) Basically, do anything that makes you calm and chirpy in the morning and helps you keep going throughout the day. It will make the rest of your day not just easier but will also help you focus.

And now the good news for all the coffee and green tea lovers out there! Indulging yourself with a small dose of caffeine actually helps to perk you up. But yes, make sure not to overindulge. It's time to go ahead and treat yourself with that morning cuppa.

Finally, be kind and go easy on yourself. Take a deep breath, keep calm and remember it is only four days to Friday. And hey, “With confidence, you have won before you have started.” – Marcus Garvey

You are welcome!
